At Earth Heir, we design with intention and receive returns with grace. We understand that sometimes a garment may not fit, feel, or speak the way you hoped. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Final sale items
• Custom or personalized garments
• Gift cards
• Items returned after the 14-day window

 

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for a different size or style, subject to availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, Earth Heir will cover the return shipping.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange:
